As a new comer Deluge Grander is proper to have the honor to their debut album “August In The Urals” (2006). Their music is extremely diverse with references to the classic of the early 70’s. What an amazing band, when they played progressive rock. What a fantastic album, which included sumptuous music. Consists of 5 long tracks which are blended fusion parts and art-rock elements, the album opened with 26’.57” duration on track-1. With superb embellishment, the music on track-5 closed the album in arabesque pentatonic. Many modulations that emblazoned with textures of keyboard’s sound. Though the band based in US, they remind me of some European maestros; Jan Akkermann, Chris Squire and Thomas Bodin. If You like Flower King, Hecenia and Finisterre, it highly recommendable.   www.delugegrander.com
